Training

Our method is that training should be an extension of your lifestyle, making daily living easier. As a busy performer on stage up to six days a week, your training should not only reflect this workload but also help make it more manageable. This allows you to focus on your job with high energy and confidence.
Based on your training goals and performance needs, we aim to not only educate you about the importance of training for actors but also guide you through all workouts — whether in person or online.

How Our Training Works

It all starts with a conversation to understand you, your lifestyle, your performing needs, and your training goals. With this information, we can begin building the best programme for you.
Injuries and Mobility
We assess any current pains or aches, along with previous injuries, and test your range of motion and mobility through a series of important exercises and movements. We use these screenings to help reduce and prevent re-injuries.
Programme Time
Once all the information is collected, your programme will be thoughtfully created to help you reach your training and performance goals. All in-person, online, and hybrid training options include anytime access to useful online resources for all programmes.
Getting Started
Now it’s time to start the hard work and begin your training and educational journey to help you achieve your performance goals. Your programme will be reviewed and adjusted regularly based on your progress and performance needs.
